JibLee ("we", "us") is a platform that connects people who need items delivered with travelers who can carry them. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

• Account information (email, name, photo, nationality, languages)
• ID verification documents (national ID/passport + selfie) – these are deleted immediately after approval
• Trip offers, searches, and chat messages
• Device and usage data (for analytics)

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide the matching service, generate contracts, send notifications, improve the app, and prevent fraud/scams.

4. Sharing Your Information

We share only what is necessary with other users (your public profile and offers) and with service providers: Firebase (Google), and our ID verification partner (Onfido or similar). We never sell your data.

5. Data Security & Retention

Your ID documents are automatically deleted after verification. Chat messages and contracts are kept only as long as needed. We use industry-standard encryption.

6. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting support. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable laws.

7. International Data Transfers

Data is processed in the United States (Firebase) and other countries with adequate protection.

8. Children's Privacy

JibLee is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
